Best Asian Niche Website (2009)

This thread will be used for the nomination and selection of the Best Asian Niche Website. This award honors the best overall commercial website for APH lovers that features all (or nearly all) Asian content. Please note, this category is not intended for free informative sites that may feature blogs or forums related to APHs (such as this one). Rather, it is for subscription or pay per download websites that feature original or licensed content.

Nominations from board members are being accepted now! Please nominate no more than three Asian niche websites that were online and open for business between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. Feel free to tell others on why you feel your website selections are deserving. Some of the things you may wish to consider is the overall quality of the content, frequently of updates, quantity and variety of content available, creativity of content, value, customer service, website design and features.

As with the other categories, multiple nominations for the same website will matter. The five websites that receive the greatest number of nominations will advance to the final voting round. In other words, if a certain website is nominated 10 times, that website is much more likely to advance to the final voting round relative to a website that is only nominated 2 times. As a result you may want to disregard how other people are voting.

It is suggested that all members participating in the nomination process elaborate on why your feel your picks for "Best Asian Niche Website" are worthy of the award. If you "make the case" for your selections, you may persuade others to nominate (and vote) for it as well. It may also generate some interesting discussion and debate.

Nominations will end on March 31, 2009. The final voting around will being on April 1st.

I have to say that CumFu has been a real disappointment lately. They are averaging 2 updates per month now. It is basically a search result of asian themed posts of the bigger site Muffia.com.

I think their scenes are filmed expertly, and the women are top tier... but if they don't post regularly, how can they be worthy of membership, which is costly. I am canceling my membership after typing this.

Anyway, I just thought I would post this for the benefit of any members who were planning to join... I think you should join for one month, DL all you can, then leave. They are worth sticking around for.

Hypo, 2 updates a month is indeed disappointing. But if its not worth your membership, then can you name an Asian site that IS worth your membership?

Im having a hard time thinking of an Asian site that updates with fresh content 4x a month or more.

yea i agree. the posts they DO have up are better than the rest. but the lack of post is annoying. kinda like asian1on1.com which has all but been abandon.
