The problem with that tag-line is that it isn’t Randy Spears staring in this feature but Brad Armstrong! What’s that all about? Is my DVD worth mega bucks because of this…? One can hope…

A quick look at the sex scenes:
Scene 1 - Brooke Banner & Brad Armstrong
Movie opens with a very hot Brooke Banner arriving in studio for a photo shoot with Brad Armstrong. Music is the dominate sound from the start. A bit dark and adding a lot of tension to the scene. No talking from either… only music. He helps her dress for the photo shoot. She poses topless, with panties and stockings. Nice. He stops taking pictures and approaches her. Caressing her. He goes to his knees and to explore her navel region when all of a sudden…
OPENING CREDITS!!? The classical style music here keeps your interested as the words quickly pass by on a black background. The scene basically returns where it stopped. But something has changed.
It’s now August & Brad Armstrong! She is wearing a black corset with panties and stockings. The mood music keeps your eyes on the screen. Caresses then he licks and stabs at her with his tongue. They play with themselves for each other. Then he fingers her puss and ass. She plays with his member with her stocking feet. They get to it. At the end she is bent over a make-up table as he takes her from behind and finishes on her face. This is a very good scene. Was a bit disappointed Brooke didn’t finish it but can’t complain about August at all. The music is what helps made this scene so good. As was the non-verbal expressions by Brad and Brooke as this scene started. I don’t like to use the word “intense” but can’t think of a better work to describe this opening scene.
Good stuff. Brad was dressed throughout.
Scene 2 - Jaclyn Case & Derrick Pierce
They are on a roof top late at night. Down town LA is in the background. She is on her knees giving him a nice BJ. She stands, they undress. Still standing, he takes her from behind. It ends with her on her back and him finishing on her stomach. A good basic scene. Nothing wrong here.
Scene 3 - Kaylani Lei & Chris Canon
A quick scene of her giving him a BJ only. Around four minutes and in B&W! He is sitting on a counter and Kaylani is between his legs giving him a BJ. And a great BJ it is. Amazing eyes as she looks up at him. He jumps off the counter and finishes on her ass. Much too fast of a scene.
Scene 4 - Ashley Jensen & Barrett Blade
She is very good as a prostitute that He approaches to be photographed by Brad. Their interaction prior to them going at it is done very well by both. The sex then starts off with her on her knees giving a nice BJ, tit fucking and so on. He finishes on her face. Another very well done scene. Both in their acting and screwing. Throughout this scene Ashley gives the better performance… and that’s a good thing. Later on in the feature she has a quick non-sex scene and is good in that one also.
Scene 5 - Nikki Kane & Page Taylor
The girls show up for a photo shoot with Brad. After some posing together they go to a couch and He offers them extra money for some special pictures and they agree. Generally I’m not big on g/g scenes. They tend to go on and on and on… but that’s what fast forward is for. But this one is a bit different. It felt rather voyeuristic and looked real. They stayed in character playing to Brads character as he takes pictures of them going at it. Nikki going down and using a dildo on Page at the end. Surprisingly good scene and very well acted by the three. It fits in with what’s going on in the feature right then. If I were to see this by it’s self and out of context, in a compilation for example, I don’t think I would have enjoyed it.
Scene 6 – Final Scene - Kaylani Lei & Brad Armstrong
Again on the roof and at night. Lots of kissing, caressing to start things off. She lies on her back and he fingerings her. Fingers her a lot. She’s enjoying the attention. Brad remains clothed throughout most of this scene. They go at it on for a while, he looses his clothes, they continue until he finishes on her face. A good scene which I liked more later after viewing a few more times. Initially I was a bit disappointed because I expected a bigger/grander final scene. A simple and tender scene. Not bad. That may have been the point. Kaylani looked and performed superbly.
I liked this feature a lot. All the sex scenes are good. But there’s a lot more going on in this thing then just that. Like all of Jack’s interactions, when he speaks, the making of the picture frame, that final picture… I did find the story line bit confusing at times. Multiple viewings helped. This is the story of the decline of Jack. Told in an Americanized English translation of a tragic old Japanese opera kind of way. There, that should help. All the actors give good, believable performances throughout. Particularly Brad Armstrong who gives a very credible performance while barley speaking throughout. Some of the best moments were the non-sex scenes between Brad and Brooke Banner at the beginning.
How much do I like Double Exposure? I ordered two more copies for friends to get their opinions of it. Have yet to receive them.
