Guest Reviews - anyone want to help?

Hey Gang -

Would anyone like to assist me with writing some reviews? I have a fairly large backlog I could use some help with.

If you're interested let me know. I can try to send you a disc that you would be interested in. A standalone DVD player or computer DVD-ROM is required, preferable one that can play DVD-R and/or DVD+RW discs. Alternatively, I can provide you with a DivX copy of the movie on a CD. Tapes are too expensive to send in the mail.

If you're worried these will be crummy titles like "Old Toothless Hag Gangbang" don't be, these movies are primo.

I have some reviews with some illustrations that will add to my submissions. But when I try to load them, the photos do not load. Likely, you want to have a chance to check these out before they are displayed.

How to I send them to you first for your blessing before they are loaded.

Hello Richard:

You can upload a certain number of photos to your account via the "Attach" files option when you post a message. However, if the photos are hardcore stills or captures, I cannot post them without USC 2257 age verification documentation. This rule totally sucks, but until the statute is modified or a higher court strikes it down in the 9th Circuit, I am playing it safe.

If the photo you are trying to post are the boxcover to the DVD, don't sweat it, I am happy can add the boxcover and shopping links for you in a subsequent post in the thread.

If you want to run the pictures by me first, you can always e-mail them to me first at my (snowman872 at gmail dot com).

Hi Dicky and thanks for your interest in being a guest reviewer! I sure could use help. I'm swamped at my office and finding it difficult to keep on top of all these new releases the studios send me.

To be considered, I require new reviewers to post their first review from a movie in their own collection or something they rented. You can post the review in any format you wish, but please try to make the review helpful to others and fair to the producer. In other words, try to point out the good and the bad points of the DVD in each review. For ideas on how you might do this, please see some of the reviews that I have posted in the past.

Assuming the review is decent, I'd be happy to send you a couple of screeners to get started. I'll try to send discs in genres that you are interested in (or studios you prefer) unless you specify a grab bag is OK.

As far as credit is concerned, I always give credit to guest reviewers. In addition, I have been known to send out gift certificates to Adult Video Universe or Amazon if finances permit! In fact, I'm going to send one out tonight to Quagmire! =)
