Again, this isnt true, but an over interpretation of the german law.
It looks like Mr.Flint is a fan of shadow boxing. Instead of fighting against the 18-age-minimum law, which he is defending (now), he wants to start only battles he will win. The law is very badly written, but it isnt banning material, where he can prove, that the models are over 18.
If this would be true, even the new "Seventeens" ( now only models +18) couldnt be released. They were released the day before yesterday.
Hustler should release the new titles and I am sure, that, even if someone would file a complaint, he would 100% win.

The banning of padodies, without x-rated scenes, is another thing in Germany, thats true. Parodies have to parody the original series in detail, to be accepted as parodies in Germany. Otherwise it would be copyright infringement. Only shooting a porn movie with characters taken out of a mainstream movie, without relating to it otherwise, would be seen as copyright infringement in Germany. But this has nothing to do with porn.

I'm interested in seeing how this plays out. So much of German history is ripe for fun parodies. Eva Braun does Winston Churchill and Harry Ass Truman. Dr Fuhrer takes a spanking. I could go on and on.
