In a nut shell…she is a little known ESPN side line babe that just about every guy would like to see naked. Up until now she had never had any nude photos released, sex tape, nip slip, etc. It’s alleged that her privacy was violated sometime in the recent past in her hotel room by someone manning a peep hole camera. The videos do not show any risqué activity but leaves little to the imagination. While not shot in HD, the grainy videos have proved to be very disturbing to Erin.

Assuming that this video was indeed shot without her permission, it begs the question what would be a suitable punishment for the perpetrator? In this country we either put people in jail or fine them. She probably already has all the money she needs and how much jail time would this creep or creepette get?

I would propose community service. If caught and convicted they would have to be say the male model for a testicular cancer self-examination video shot in HD to be distributed would wide. In addition they would be required to show up to health fairs and demonstrate the technique for any interested parties. 500 hours would be just about right. But then again if the guy is hung like a horse it could launch a new career in porn, or actually help him out with the girls.

Ginko, I agree with you about Erin being smoking hot and your assessment of what the perp should receive for violating her privacy.
