The Jaycee Lee Dugard Saga
The Jaycee Lee Dugard Saga
MSN.com has a good article filling in the details of what we know right now of the now 29 year old young lady that was abducted 18 years ago. I am trying to comprehend the pain and psychological damage that this young girl and her children experienced. The stigma of this will follow her and her kids forever. I am outraged that this type of thing could happen anywhere, no less this country.
We hear a lot about these types of things when the story is first “Broke” but not much about the aftermath years later. I’ll be willing to bet that prison justice will prevail at some point in his incarceration and there will be a news blurb when the guy is finally done in. Does anyone have any knowledge or expertise in knowing how the victims fare years later?

You can go to Google Maps and paste:
1554 Walnut Ave, Antioch, CA
There you can get a pretty good idea what the compound looked like, tents and all. The lots are narrow but unusually deep. I can understand why visitors may not have picked up on the goin’ ons there.
