Rubber checks can be a blessing in California thanks to the penalties outlined in the "Bad Check Law". If the person does not pay up within a certain number of days after receiving a demand, they will have to pay up 3x the amount on the face of the check (up to $1500). I never really understand the bad check "problem" in pornoland.

Any ideas why? Are the gals too shame to follow up 'porno' business in the courts? Or just not knowledgeable enough about the legal process?

It seems that some folk in the porno business are much more content to sling
shit at each other on the internet rather than taking any legal action to resolve such an issue.
