Twisted Vision is Michael Stefano's edgy POV series. He handles the camera work, lighting, stills and male talent responsibilities in all scenes. So this is very much a one man show.

The disc opens strong with Sasha Grey, who is without a doubt one of the cutest, barely legal girls working in porn at present. Twisted Vision #04 contains three additional one on one, POV style scenes. The other scenes are OK, but pale in comparison to the footage described above. Mia and Denise perform oral and vaginal sex only while blonde Sasha Knox includes a good helping of nasty anal as well. Mia's scene is notable for a dancer theme. Wearing nothing but her white dancer boots, she looks hot during a sequence shot from a high angle in mish on one of those velvet circle chairs. Mia holds her legs up and spreads them wide, showing off her puffy pussy. Sasha's poolside BJ soon turns into an indoor anal romp. Raincoaters will like the extended butt sex in multiple positions with a2m, but I didn't find her especially attractive. The best part of Mia's scene, which was the weakest of the set, is her BJ with lots of eye contact in the beginning. Otherwise, it was unremarkable.

DVD extras include a fairly interesting behind the scenes reel. Most of it shows the starlets before the shoot. Stefano tries hard to "creep out" Sasha before her scene, but he seems more worried about the scary old hospital location than her. There is also ample footage of Stefano directing Aubrey before her scene in the church. Other extras include a photo gallery, cumshot recap and director's bio filled with puffery. The running time on the disc is very nearly three hours.

This disc is worth a look if you enjoy POV style scenes. Stefano is not the world's best point of view shooter; I've seen better and I've seen worse. However he is competent and the extra effort put into the set-ups and locations keeps things fresh and greatly adds to the appeal of Twisted Vision #04. Fans of Sasha Grey and (especially) Aubrey Addams should definitely add this one to their collection.
