What's Hot

Saki stars in the next to the last scene. Although I usually enjoy Asians a lot, I never cared too much for Saki. She's always makes a good effort so far as the sex goes, but I never find her very attractive. She's getting pretty old at this point, but I cannot remember when she ever looked super young. The girls were not visually identified in the opening or ending credits. Sometimes they said their names in the brief interview before the scene, but not always.
Everything Else
Good production values.
DVD Extras are minimal, but all the basics are here including chapter stops for each scene.
Last Word
This edition of Dr. Fellatio should please most fans of blowjob flicks.
