Synopsis
Asian Dolls Uncut is a series that features lesser known and rookie Asian starlets. It's a pretty low budget affair that follows the familiar format of an interview followed by a sex scene. Don Fernando is the host and director. This installment has four scenes with five different girls.
What's Hot
Don Fernando is obviously enthusiastic about Asian girls and his cheerfulness and positive attitude shine through during the interviews. This was a refreshing change of pace. Don can also speak to the girls a little in their native languages and this helps but them at ease with him.
The girls were a strong point of this disc. Overall, they were quite attractive. All of them had very nice bodies. Also, the starlets were all fresh on the porn scene and a variety of different nationalities was represented: Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.
The interview with Sunshine Nee was long -- about 20 minutes. This might appeal to viewers who like to "get to know" the performers. Sunshine is one of the the purported "first timers" in the video. However, see the comments under "What's Not".
Don provides translation before, during and after his sex scene with Saori, who is a attractive Japanese girl with a great body. At the very end, he also teaches viewers and Japanese sex related slang. [ Scene 4 ]

What's Not
Notwithstanding his exuberance, some of Don Fernando's questions and comments during the interviews are truly inane. At least in one sense this is not a negative, because it provides some unintended comic relief.
Some of Don Fernando's interview questions made me a little uncomfortable. He seems genuinely fascinated with how and when the girls first had sex and discovered porn -- and then probing if there is any connection between the two. Unfortunately, the girls here had their first sex experiences at an early age, so they end up describing these events that happened to them as children. I really didn't need to hear about Sunshine's experiences "in the closet" as a twelve year old with other children. Similarly, Giselle describes a lesbian encounter in her early teens with another girl who was age 11 at the time. It's just sort of creepy to hear about these things.
Sunshine's Nee's sex footage was very puzzling. As noted above, her interview was a full twenty minutes. However, the running time of her sex sequence was only eight minutes! In the eight minutes, there's a BJ, 69, reverse cowgirl screwing, cowgirl screwing, standing screwing, screwing on her back, doggy style and then a cum shot on her ass and back. That's eight different acts or positions in eight minutes! Unsurprisingly, the result is a scene that seems extremely rushed for no apparent reason. Maybe Don has an explanation why Sunshine's scene was handled this way. I couldn't tell you. [ Scene 1 ]

Content likely to please raincoaters was almost non-existent. In the final scene, Japanese hottie Saori lets Don rim her, finger her butt briefly and just barely insert a medium sized vibrator in her ass.
The handheld camera work was not always up to par. At times the scene was poorly framed or a bad angle made it difficult to see the action clearly. Over all, I wasn't bothered by it too much.

Scene One: Sunshine Nee and Don Fernando. Sunshine is from Thailand, but grew up in Hawaii. She's wearing blue panties, a black frilly bra with blue skirt and black heels. Technically, the production qualities were not bad. Although the camera work was marginal at times as noted above, the illumination was generally good. No problems with the sound. The digital transfer to DVD was quite good.
The DVD menu system was basic but functional. Viewers can play the movie or selection any of the four scenes. Also, short but informative biographies of the girls are included. Navigation of the disc worked as expected.
Condoms were used in this feature.
Last Word
This series is a little like an Asian version of Ed Power's popular Dirty Debutantes series with Don Fernando subbing in for Ed. Recommended for fans of true Asian girls. Extra appeal if you enjoy watching first timers on camera. However, it's not a good choice for more jaded viewers who need hard raincoat content.
