Synopsis
The Sugarwalls series is Elegant Angel's top line that features black starlets. There's no plot to describe here, just wall to wall sex that gets quite raunchy at times. This disc is a compilation of favorite clips lifted from various episodes in the series. To date, there's nearly forty episodes of Sugarwalls -- that's a lot of material to choose from, so I had high expectations of this disc.
What's Hot
Sugarwalls Sweetest has a generous running time that clocks in at just a shade over two hours. Also, nine scenes are included and some of these feature more than one starlet. That's a lot of sex action and variety.
Good actress and scene identification at the beginning of each chapter.
Overall the girls were pretty attractive. I don't usually watch porn featuring black girls but this collection of ebony starlets held my attention.

What's Not
As it turns out, only four of the scenes are lifted from the Sugarwalls series. Elegant Angel also included three scenes from the Superfreak line and one scene from Freakazoids, Both of these series also feature black performers so the disc stays true to the theme, but one would think a movie called "Sugarwalls' Sweetest" would consist entirely of highlight clips from that series. Save the Superfreak scenes for Superfreak's Freakiest.
I believe that all of the scenes included here were paired down from the original versions (except of course for the last scene which is new). After thinking about this, this appears unnecessary. I can understand editing down the scenes to fit on a two hour VHS tape, but why not include the full clips on the DVD version? Most porn scenes run between 18 and 22 minutes long. As such, nine scenes would be about 180 minutes, or three hours -- well within the capacity of a DVD disc.
The DVD version of this feature is strictly bare bones (and unattractive), which is unusual for Elegant Angel. The main menu only has two choices, "Play Movie" and "Chapters". Viewers can jump to any of the nine chapters on the disc, but unlike most discs, there are no mini-previews to help make the choice. Each chapter is represented by a square with the starlet's name and which movie the scene was lifted from. Also the sound was mixed in an unusual way. Most of the time all the music or dialog would be heard on only one channel. The music was on the right and the dialog and other sounds were heard on the left. This was especially noticeable and annoying when wearing headphones.
Chapter time on the final scene was messed up on my standalone player. It shows the running time to be nearly thirty-five minutes, but the movie ends about twenty-three minutes later.
A few lackluster performances. Cinnamon in Scene One was underwhelming. Paige looked good in Scene Seven, but sexually Lexi blew her away.
I would have liked to seen more straight anal sex with Monique. The anal only sequence here is only about a minute long followed by much longer DP action.
