Synopsis
This is the second "Cumback Pussy Platinum" compilation issued by Elegant Angel. There's over forty episodes to date in the popular series, so they have a lot of footage to draw upon. About half of the scenes one this disc are culled from the early years when Tom Byron was the director. The others are mostly from the series when it was in the "teens" and Brian "Cheeks" Williams was at the helm.
What's Hot
A generous amount of footage is included here. Even better, Elegant Angel selected excellent scenes for this compilation. In all, there are eight scenes with a running time of nearly two hours and twenty minutes plus an additional bonus scene of twenty-eight minutes. On top of that, there is a "Behind the Scenes" segment that runs another half hour. Wow, that's a lot of bang for your buck!

What's Not
The flip side of including many scenes in a compilation is that each scene must be pared down from it's original form. Overall Elegant Angel did good job editing these scenes to make them fit on one disc, but nonetheless, these are edited versions. Some good footage in the originals necessarily is not here. This may displease purists or viewers may have watched the scene years ago, and discover their favorite parts have been left on the cutting room floor.
Rather than allocate 28 minutes to the bonus scene with Jill Kelly (a scene which was not on par with the others here) and another 30 minutes of "Behind the Scenes" clips, I would have preferred additional footage from the original scenes. It appears that the main scenes could have been presented in uncut fashion but for this footage. This may be a rare case where bonus footage was not desirable.

This disc contains a generous thirty minute "behind the scenes" featurette. There's a long glamour and tease opening sequence. Then footage from the Cumback Pussy #01 set. The girls from the included scene are sitting in a den waiting for Tom Byron to return from the store. Nairobi Knight tells a strange tale where she got her ass kicked. Felicia (who looks really pretty) talks about being recognized as a porn star. Roxanne Hall and Nikki Brantz arrive. Nikki seems rather shy and less than enthused. Roxanne shows her off her new tattoo on the back of her neck ("bitch" in Japanese)! The scene cuts and viewers can see Nikki fixing her hair. I'm happy to report this Elegant Angel disc does not suffer from the wacky sound mixing of earlier releases where dialog and sex sounds was on one channel and music on the other.
Video and audio quality is quite good, especially considering that much of this footage was lensed in the pre-DVD era.
Last Word
Cumback Pussy Platinum #02 is the best compilation disc I've seen to date from Elegant Angel. This is truly a generous collection of top notch scenes featuring great female talent. Cheyenne's scene is my favorite here, followed by Shane Tyler, Julie Meadows, and Asia Carrera. If you have never seen the Cumback Pussy series, this disc is a great introduction to Elegant Angel's flagship gonzo line. Viewers who already know the Cumback Pussy series probably already seen some of these scenes, but may want to revisit them in DVD format. This footage stands the test of time.
Overall Rating: B- (2.87) -> B+ (This is a case where the sum is greater than the parts).
